At The Ice Cream Gallery (Singapore), we make our ice cream in small batches fresh on premises to ensure a consistent homemade taste and quality.

We do not stockpile huge inventories and can offer the guarantee that when you eat our ice cream, it was made that very week. An important fact when considering that most imported brands of ice cream are generally many months old by the time they get to the consumer!

Geared towards the local palate, the ice cream we produce have a reduced level of fat and sugar with no preservatives. We are able to do this as we control the entire manufacturing process. With our wide range of both Asian and familiar flavors, we guarantee that you will find flavors that you like.
